Role:

As our Front Desk & Patient Care Coordinator , you'll be the heartbeat of our office — greeting patients with a smile, supporting their care experience, and keeping operations running smoothly. This is a people-facing, multi-tasking, mission-driven role.

Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming and assisting patients of all ages Scheduling appointments & coordinating care Answering phones & managing front desk flow & communication Data entry, insurance verification, and documentation Monitoring collections and patient compliance Maintaining a clean and organized front office Assisting the team with general office duties ( Specific training will be provided ) The Right Fit for

Weekly Hours:

Monday :

8:30am-12:15pm & 2:30pm-6:15pm•

Tuesday :

8:30am-12:15pm & 2:30pm-6:15pm•

Wednesday :

2:30pm-7:15pm•

Thursday :

2:30pm-6:15pm•

Saturday :

7:30am-11:30am• (•Can frequently extend ~1 hour depending on patient scheduling.)
