This role is vital in ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and compliance with healthcare standards. As an Area Manager, you will coordinate teams, manage resources, and uphold the highest standards of medical management and healthcare management practices. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement, foster a patient-centered environment, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Duties Lead and supervise multiple homecare teams to deliver comprehensive medical and supportive services aligned with organizational goals. Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and quality of care. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, state laws, and organizational policies. Monitor clinical practices to maintain high standards of medical management and patient safety. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills in healthcare management and patient care protocols. Conduct regular audits and quality assurance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, families, and community partners to promote seamless care coordination and positive health outcomes. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare field Minimum of 1 year of management experience (with references) A degree in administration, management, or business is preferred, but not required Flexible schedule availability Ability to manage a regional caseload Strong organizational, professionalism, and time management skills Proficiency in basic computer operations Must be a licensed and insured driver
