Position Overview:
As a Weekend Telephonic Patient Care Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in our patient-centric approach, focusing on patient communications exclusively through phone interactions. Your responsibilities include providing essential telephonic support for patient care, education, adherence, and medication refills, contributing significantly to the well-being of our patients. Ideal Candidate:
Preferred experience in a call center or healthcare setting. Exceptional customer service skills. Proficient in telephonic communication. Collaborative team player. Problem-solving abilities with an efficiency mindset. Capacity to prioritize tasks and adapt to evolving business initiatives.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent. Weekend availability for both Saturday and Sunday (8-hour shifts). Capability to remain stationary for extended periods (sitting/standing, etc.).
