Job Description

THE MEDICAL TEAM
is a top-ranked healthcare services company, in business since 1978 under the same ownership and management. Our organization is seeking a qualified After Hours Area Supervisor to provide nights/weekend oversight and care working with our geriatric population in Assisted Living Facilities. The ideal candidate will have management experience and familiarity with Alzheimer's, dementia, perineal care, transfer techniques, bathing and med passing.
Additional qualifications include:
This position will require you to travel to multiple locations within a specified region! 5 years of staff management- EXPERIENCE A MUST!! Experience with managing multiple locations Able to work rotational weekends/on-call CPR/BLS Certification Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Assisted Living or Independent Living Experience Preferred Must be able to assist covering shifts Provide patient care when necessary Your employment enjoys a wealth of great benefit choices to include: 401(k) Employer Match, PLUS company paid Life insurance Generous

Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
