Job Description

Rhythm Express is seeking a mission‑driven Clinical Specialist Manager to lead a national team that improves patient care by educating healthcare providers on our innovative cardiac diagnostic technologies. You will serve as a trusted leader and clinical partner, setting the strategy for how Clinical Specialists educate and support clinics, while partnering closely with Sales and Clinical Monitoring to ensure our technology is used to its full clinical potential. In this role, you will: Lead, coach, and develop Clinical Specialists who educate physicians and clinic staff on device functionality, clinical application, and best practices. Shape and oversee in‑service training, onboarding, and ongoing clinical support programs that drive adoption, satisfaction, and optimal patient outcomes. Act as the key liaison between clinics and internal teams, aligning the Customer Service department with Sales and Clinical Monitoring around a unified, customer‑centric education strategy. This position is ideal for experienced cardiac monitoring or clinical application leaders who love teaching, building high‑performing teams, and translating diagnostic technology into meaningful patient care at scale.
Great candidates will have:
A four‑year degree or equivalent experience in nursing, biomedical engineering, or another allied healthcare field. Significant experience in cardiac monitoring and/or cardiology, including leading or managing field/application teams. A natural desire to teach and coach, a strong affinity for diagnostic technology, and the ability to self‑manage with a proactive, collaborative mindset. Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) and proficiency with computers and mobile tools. Ability to travel 50% of the time
