Job Description

This position provides leadership for our Arlington, Gaylord, Le Sueur, and Winthrop Clinics. Purpose of Job This position is responsible for the efficient operation of designated primary and specialty clinics, including the management and coordination of the daily activities of the business, providers and staff scheduling and quality initiatives. Job Functions Manages and coordinates clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective operation. Plans, develops, monitors and controls clinic operating and capital equipment budgets. Manages daily operation of the clinic including: staff, marketing, financial management, quality/process improvement, information technology, facilities management and regulatory compliance. Resolves patient or employee concerns. Demonstrates a high degree of initiative, judgement, discretion and decision making as it relates to the daily operation of the clinic. Develops and maintains effective working relationships with staff, providers, patients and the public. Collaborates with others in the development and delivery of coordinated care services across the RMC continuum. Identifies areas for improvement, develop solutions and implement changes. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and DNV standards. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education/Work Experience RN degree required Demonstrated leadership experience Knowledge/Skills/ Abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to meet and maintain the necessary background checks as aligned with position functions Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence in order to complete the job functions as mentioned above. Knowledge of management and organizational theory Knowledge of business principles, accounting, budgeting and fiscal management Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Strong process facilitation and problem-solving skills Strong Microsoft office knowledge Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence in order to complete job functions as mentioned above Preferred Qualifications Clinic management experience Link to Physical Demands Compensation Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation such as: the requirements of the position, experience, education, knowledge, and skills along with location and internal equity.
