Paid Time Off (PTO), flexible work schedule Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Supervisor to join our team at BT Center MN. This role involves providing oversight, training, and clinical direction to therapists working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. The Clinical Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring high-quality service delivery, parent collaboration, and effective program implementation. Key Responsibilities 1. Observation & Direction (O&D) Provide a minimum of 36 hours per week of O&D. Deliver at least 2 hours of O&D per client weekly. Track client progress and ensure therapist performance, engagement, and program fidelity. 2. Monthly Reports Submit monthly therapist performance reviews and client progress summaries. Highlight strengths, areas of improvement, and clinical recommendations. 3. Client Scheduling & Session Planning Manage daily client schedules. Assign session-specific goals and ensure balanced coverage across the three primary skill domains: communication, behavior, and social skills. 4. Parent & Family Collaboration Conduct regular parent training sessions to: Review child progress. Provide at-home behavior strategies. Set upcoming therapy goals. Address family concerns. Act as the primary clinical contact for families. 5. Program Development Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to assessment data and behavioral goals. Update programs in response to client data and therapist feedback. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data collection and graphing. 6. BCBA Collaboration Attend weekly meetings with the supervising BCBA. Implement clinical directives with fidelity. Communicate therapist needs and clinical challenges. 7. Therapist Coaching & Training Provide real-time and scheduled feedback to RBTs and therapists. Lead biweekly mini-trainings based on observed clinical needs. Provide support during onboarding and ensure competency before assigning solo tasks. 8. Crisis Management & Clinical Oversight Assist during behavioral escalations using proactive and reactive techniques. Ensure implementation of safety protocols and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). 9. Interdisciplinary Collaboration Coordinate with schools, IEP teams, and other professionals (with family permission). Attend IEP meetings when needed and advocate for ABA supports. 10. Quality Assurance Conduct random fidelity checks on data collection and program implementation. Maintain ethical standards and HIPAA compliance. Ensure proper documentation for insurance and regulatory agencies. Qualifications Education & Certification Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Psychology, ABA, Social Work, or a related field. Completion of the MN Department of Human Services' Culturally Appropriate Services Training.
Preferred:
BCBA certification or enrollment in a Master's program in ABA or a related discipline. Experience Minimum 3 years providing ABA therapy to children with ASD. At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory clinical role. Experience in program development, parent collaboration, and therapist coaching preferred. Skills Strong leadership, supervision, and communication abilities. Skilled in clinical oversight, data monitoring, and treatment planning. Able to adapt to flexible scheduling needs, including some evenings or weekends.
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$65,000 - $80,000 annually (based on experience)
