JOB DESCRIPTION
Park Nicollet is looking to hire an Operations Supervisor to join our Brookdale Primary Care team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day. Position Summary The Supervisor, Clinic Operations provides leadership, direction, organization and administration of daily business processes and frontline clinic operations. This position works in collaboration with the Clinic Manager, Clinic Medical Director (CMD), and/or Supervisor, RN Operations. The Supervisor provides strategic leadership and support to help ensure the success of their designated site's financial performance, quality goals, patient experience, team engagement and workplace safety.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday 2 days per week 7:30am-4:00pm 2 days per week 8:00am-5:00pm 1 day per week 9:00am-6:00pm
Required Qualifications:
5 years of experience in a health care setting
Preferred Qualifications:
Four-year degree, BS/BA in a health or business-related field
