Provide front desk/reception support in busy community mental health center.
Duties:
Answering phones; scheduling appointments; processing referrals; provide provider support; data entry; maintaining computerized scheduling system; checking in clients, completing client paperwork; greet and provide information and assistance to clients & visitors. This position will be based out of our Downtown Clinic (120 W 2nd Street) and will occasionally cover at our Hillside Clinic (810 E 4th Street), our East Clinic (1401 E 1st Street) and our Two Harbors Clinic (325 N 11th Ave). Mileage reimbursement is offered.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED). One to two years' experience in an office setting performing a variety of duties. Excellent communication skills and the ability to appropriately assist persons who may be experiencing mental health problems who present at the front desk. Attention to detail is a must. Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
Desired Qualifications:
Moderate typing skills, experience with Microsoft Office and general office equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, excellent customer skills, and able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
