We are seeking a strong Dietary Manager who can contribute to this mission by engaging, motivating, and driving a culture of service, to uphold resident satisfaction and ultimately make a difference in the lives of our residents! The Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) supervises food service operations and is responsible for ensuring policies and procedures for the food services, sanitation standards and maintenance and safety of equipment. The CDM monitors meals for quality, resident acceptance, plate presentation and special dietary needs. This position also oversees the environmental assistants equaling about 20 direct reports. What's Available? Hourly position - 1.0 FTE = 80 hours bi-weekly

Hours typically between Monday-Friday days with willingness to work outside standard hours as business needs permit

Requirements:

One year of experience in a long-term care facility dietary department with 2 years of experience in food service management.
