About the
Role:
We are growing our leadership team and seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist who is ready to take the next step into clinical leadership and operations. This role blends clinical work with managerial oversight of our Hastings clinic — ensuring excellent patient care and strong team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership & Supervision Provide pediatric occupational therapy services, including evaluations and interventions Support clinical excellence and consistency among staff through training & mentorship Oversee productivity expectations and clinical quality standards Operational Management Coordinate clinic operations including staff scheduling, workflows, and caseload distribution Support hiring, onboarding, and performance review processes Monitor documentation and compliance with regulatory/insurance standards Act as main point of communication between the Hastings team and organizational leadership Team Development & Culture Foster a collaborative, supportive working culture Lead regular staff meetings Promote professional growth and ongoing education among team members
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy Active OT license in Minnesota Minimum 5+ years clinical experience as an OT (pediatric experience preferred) Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience (e.g., mentoring, lead roles) Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with clinic management tasks (scheduling, hiring, performance reviews) Background in program development or quality improvement Additional leadership or administrative training is a bonus
