Full Job Description Key Responsibilities Clinical Oversight & Supervision:
Ensure staff implement Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs), functional assessments, and skill-building interventions accurately according to Medicaid and state regulatory standards.
Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain strict adherence to state Department of Human Services (DHS) statutes (e.g., Minnesota
DHS ARMHS
Guidelines) and ensure all billing and clinical documentation meet payer requirements.
Program Administration:
Develop program objectives, policies, and workloads. Oversee budgets, billing, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective delivery of care.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and evaluate mental health professionals and practitioners. Facilitate regular clinical supervision and team meetings.
Community Collaboration:
Coordinate care and build partnerships with county case managers, primary care providers, psychiatrists, and housing authorities.
