Build strong relationships with residents' families, keeping them informed and involved in their loved one's care. Participate in budget development and enjoy a flexible work schedule with on-call support shared amongst the team.

Requirements Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota with at least 5 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in dementia or elderly care. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of those with dementia. Experience with assisted living preferred.
