Job Summary Lakehouse Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Services who is ready to take a high-impact leadership role in shaping clinical outcomes, strengthening nursing leadership, and driving quality across our long-term care and short-term rehabilitation programs. This position provides strategic and operational oversight of the nursing departments, including supervision of two internal Directors of Nursing with one being responsible for Long Term Care and one responsible for Short Term Care. The Senior Director of Nursing Services will work closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary leadership team to support strong clinical systems, regulatory readiness, and exceptional resident care. Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight to two Directors of Nursing overseeing Long Term Care and Short-Term Care services Drive the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and operational systems Monitor and improve clinical outcomes including survey performance, quality indicators, and Quality Measures (QI/QM) Partner with the MDS and clinical teams to ensure accurate Case Mix Index (CMI) capture Serve as a key leader in risk management, incident review, and mitigation efforts Maintain ongoing survey readiness and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Collaborate with facility leadership to identify opportunities for clinical improvement and operational efficiency Qualifications Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing 5+ years of nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or long-term care Previous Director of Nursing experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, survey processes, and quality measures Demonstrated ability to lead teams and improve clinical performance

Pay:

$150,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
