Rehab Director / Lead Physical Therapist or PTA SNF Monticello, MN

Position Overview RehabVisions is hiring a full-time Rehab Director / Lead therapist in Monticello, Minnesota . This is a treating leadership opportunity in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) for a clinician who wants to grow their leadership skills while continuing to provide patient care.

We are considering:

Physical Therapist (PT) Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) This role is projected at 35 hours per week and offers the chance to lead day-to-day rehab operations, support staff, and help shape therapy services within the facility.

Pay Range:

PTA:

$28-$35/hour

PT:

$38-$55/hour, depending on hours worked
