Job Description

Patient Care Supervisor (Mental Health and Neurology) University of Minnesota Physicians tuition assistance, 401(k) United States, Minnesota, St. Louis Park May 12, 2026 Why M Physicians? The SLP Clinic supports 5 unique neurology and mental health subspecialty programs. All programs provide comprehensive care to patients including clinical and non-clinical support. We see patients who are experiencing first time symptoms as well as those with a longstanding diagnosis who may be struggling to find the best treatment.

Our team consists of providers, nurses, social workers, PharmD, and other health care professionals that diagnose and treat patients. Our team of experts provide the latest in clinical care along with education and support to patients and caregivers. What you will do as a
Patient Care Supervisor:
Works alongside clinic staff to provide outstanding customer service and patient care Provides daily workflow direction to accommodate clinic efficiency and meet site objectives Partners with clinic leadership in making hiring, performance management, pay, and overall staffing decisions Leads and/or participates in project/team improvement initiatives Coordinates training of staff upon hire and provides ongoing development and mentorship Ensures that staff training aligns with OSHA, Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies/requirements Assists with the development and implementation of required training, as well as administering of policies, procedures, and standard processes What you will need: BLS Certification High school diploma with some post-secondary education or technical healthcare training Demonstrated process improvement experience 3-5 years of clinical experience in an ambulatory or inpatient care setting, and a minimum of two years of supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting Shown mentor, team-building, and performance leadership skills

Compensation:
