Clinical Lead (Level 1 Provider) Senzilla Health Services - 1.0 Saint Paul, MN Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $35 - $40 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Flexible schedule Qualifications Working with individuals with autism HIPAA Applied Behavior Analysis Special Education Early intervention Full Job Description The Level 1 EIDBI Provider delivers direct early intervention services to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or related conditions under the Minnesota EIDBI benefit guidelines. This role carries an assigned client caseload and is responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans, providing skill-building interventions, and collaborating with caregivers and the clinical team to support developmental progress. Must be trained or educated in Applied Behavioral Analysis or Special Education. Job Responsibilities Provide Observation and Direction weekly with each Behavior Technician on your caseload Complete treatment Plans Gather Antecedent/Behavior/Consequence (ABC) data as requested Document every Observation and Direction session using company computer systems within 48 hours of the client session Ensure that each child's Individualized Treatment Plan is implemented correctly and that all programs are being run. Provide timely information to both the BCBA and QSP regarding any significant issues involving the Behavior Technician, the child's family or the Treatment Plan that need to be addressed. Respond to email communications within (4) business days Ensure services provided are sensitive to the child's culture. Ensure all safety protocols are followed Complete Incident Reports and Child Maltreatment Reports as required Ensure that Protocol Modifications are listed on every Observation and Direction note Work cooperatively with each of your assigned Behavior Technicians to determine the best method for delivering your Direction to them (live while working, during breaks, written in the chat, sent via email after the session) Maintain data privacy and client confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines Attend Leadership Team Meetings Demonstrate competence utilizing Senzilla technology systems Job requirement- Meet all the following requirements: Ø Have completed or currently be enrolled in a master's degree program at an accredited college or university in one of the behavioral or child-development sciences or a related field (e.g., mental health, special education, social work, psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy, etc.) Ø Receive observation and direction from a qualified supervising professional (QSP) at least once per month until meeting 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience Ø
Note:
If a Level I provider graduates from a master's degree program, he/she will remain enrolled as a Level I provider while he/she works toward completing his/her 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience. If a Level I provider completes the 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience, he/she will remain enrolled as a Level I provider until he/she completes his/her master's degree. Services may be provided in clinic, home, school, or community-based settings. Flexible schedule based on client needs. Travel may be required.
