St. Paul, MN Kingdom Pathways is a non-profit 501c(3) provider of an Independence Program, guiding homeless men towards independence in a program that includes MICD behavioral health care services. The program is a Christian faith based program. We are looking for a professional, compassionate Co-Occurring MICD Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor ( LADC ) Clinical Supervisor to join our team ! Those with a passion and heart for the homeless are strongly encouraged to apply, as they will be living life with them daily, on their road to independence ! We are currently searching for a Co-occurring MICD Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor ( LADC ) Clinical Supervisor to work substance abuse, and a variety of other issues that both cause a alcohol or drug use and prevent a homeless person from escaping the homeless cycle ! Position:
This Co-Occurring MICD Addiction Counselor Clinical Supervisor position will occassionally provide a variety of services typical of 245G substance abuse program counselors, as well as supervising activity of all counselors. Co-occurring MICD Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor ( LADC ) Clinical Supervisor managerial activity will include managing counselor daily task schedules, tracking tasks to completion, reviewing documentation to ensure compliance to all applicable standards, ensuring accurate billing information is conveyed, and provide regular meetings with staff and performance reviews. Requirements- MN Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor ( LADC ) LADC (or transfer license from another state)
- 3+ years experience in substance abuse treatment
- A minimum of two years freedom from chemical abuse problems and pass a back ground check by the MN Department of Human Services.
