Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Qualified Supervising Professional, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. In this role, you will oversee clinical operations, supervise behavioral therapy interventions, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress for clients while supporting a collaborative and compassionate environment. Responsibilities Provide supervision and oversight of behavioral therapy services, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices such as applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavioral therapy techniques. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and intake procedures, to develop tailored treatment plans. Oversee data collection processes to monitor client progress, adjust interventions as needed, and ensure accurate medical documentation and records are maintained in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education professionals and medical staff, to coordinate care for individuals with disabilities. Train and support behavioral health staff in implementing treatment plans, documenting services accurately, and maintaining professional standards. Ensure all clinical activities meet regulatory requirements related to medical terminology, patient care, and behavioral health protocols. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines at all times. Requirements Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism using behavioral therapy approaches. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), special education strategies, and diagnostic evaluation methods. Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze data effectively to inform treatment decisions. Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation standards. Experience working within behavioral health settings while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and confidentiality. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Valid licensure or certification as a Supervising Professional in accordance with state or national requirements.
