PROGRAM SUPERVISOR, SHOREVIEW - LIONSGATE ACADEMY
Are you passionate about being a leader who helps every student be seen, understood and successful? Lionsgate Academy's mission is designed to educate students living with Autism and other learning differences and is seeking a mission-driven Special Education Programs Supervisor to lead our Center Based program. Our school is built on a foundation of inclusion, respect, and customized learning — and we need a leader ready to continue our commitment to student-centered excellence.
Salary range:
$55,000-$75,000 (197 duty days)

Shoreview, Minnesota What You'll Do:
Provide leadership and oversight to high-needs, center-based program Actively coach and supervise 9 licensed staff and a Paraprofessional Supervisor Collaborate with teams to develop and deliver behavioral and academic/functional programming Support students with significant cognitive disabilities in accessing education in the least restrictive environment A partner and visible presence for students, staff, and families
What You'll Bring:
Current Minnesota teaching license 5 or more years working in Special Education including working with students with autism and developmental cognitive (DCD) delays
Preferred:
BCBA certification, experience with STAR, Attainments or other curriculum that addresses functional skills
Preferred:
