In this role, you will help guide patients through scheduling, treatment planning, financial arrangements, and insurance processes—ensuring every patient receives a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. We are looking for someone who is personable, highly organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional service in a collaborative dental environment. Compensation $20
  • 25 per hour, depending on experience Opportunities for growth and advancement Schedule (Including a 1-hour lunch break and 15-minute paid breaks per 4-hour shift) Monday
  • Wednesday:
    7:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM (Patients scheduled 7:30 AM
  • 4:30 PM)
Thursday:
7:00 AM
  • 1:00 PM (Patients scheduled 7:30 AM
  • 12:45 PM) Key Responsibilities Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments efficiently Proactively manage the daily schedule to maximize productivity and fill openings Follow up with patients regarding missed appointments and unscheduled treatment Serve as a primary point of contact for patient questions and concerns Clearly explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial options Verify insurance benefits and assist with claims and billing questions Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Collaborate closely with providers and team members to ensure continuity of care Deliver exceptional customer service at every patient interaction Qualifications Previous dental or healthcare front office experience preferred Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance, and billing processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Familiarity with dental software and scheduling systems is a plus What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and patient-focused Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with the clinical team Highly organized and proactive Confident discussing treatment and financial options Committed to creating a positive, seamless patient experience Work Environment & Technology Modern, technology-driven practice environment Strong collaboration between front office and clinical teams Emphasis on efficient systems and patient communication tools Supportive onboarding and training provided Growth-focused culture with opportunities to expand skills and responsibilities
Areas of Practice Cosmetic Dentistry:
anterior smile design, full mouth rehabilitations, in-office whitening
General Dentistry:
esthetic fillings, bridges, crowns, composite and implant restorations
Prosthodontics:
removable and fixed prosthetics
Orthodontics:
