We're looking for a Financial Coordinator who also thrives in the Patient Care Coordinator role , someone who can guide patients not just through scheduling and logistics, but through one of the most important decisions they'll make, committing to their health. The Role This role sits at the intersection of: Patient experience Communication Decision-making Accountability You are often the person who helps a patient move from: "I'm not sure" → "I'm ready to start." You'll help patients understand their care plan, navigate financial decisions, and feel confident saying yes to the care they need. What Success Looks Like In this role, success is measurable and meaningful.

You will be responsible for:

Helping patients commit to care (case acceptance) Converting inquiries into scheduled new patients Supporting patients through completion of their care plans Offering and guiding patients through package and prepaid options Ensuring strong collections and financial clarity Re-engaging patients who have fallen out of care This isn't about pressure, it's about clarity, trust, and follow-through .
