  • Full-time Job Description Worthington Family Dental is looking for an energetic, friendly, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to join our dental team.
We are an established dental practice that takes pride in providing excellent patient care in a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with patients and team members. Dental office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. This position is a Monday-Thursday schedule with every other Friday. Essential Job Duties
  • Geet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient communications
  • Verify patient information, insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Check patients in and out for appointments
  • Collect payments, post transactions and assist with billing questions
  • Present treatment estimates and help patients understand financial options
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update necessary information in the dental software
  • Coordinate schedules to help keep patient flow organized and efficient
  • Communicate clearly with the doctor, clinical team and patients
  • Maintain a clean, organized and professional front office area
  • Follow office policies regarding HIPAA, OSHA and infection control standards Qualifications
  • Friendly, dependable and professional
  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using computers and learning dental software
  • Prior dental or medical front office experience preferred, but will train the right candidate
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Benefits
