Job Description

Our upscale Assisted Living community is seeking an experienced, compassionate Administrator with strong leadership skills to provide the highest quality of nursing care to meet the needs of our Residents. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensures compliance with state regulations.
  • Ensures high quality care is being provided to Residents.
  • Implementation of Nursing Care following Nursing Law and Regulations.
  • Maintains compliance of Resident's records and reports.
  • Responsible for hiring, orientating, staffing, and continued training for all personnel.
  • Maintains compliance of Procedures and Policies; As well as, development and continued updates with Procedures and Policies periodically. Job Requirements
  • Must have a current MO Assisted Living Administrator or Nursing Home Administrator License.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in long term care.
  • Management Experience.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Prefer RN, LPN, PT or OT License, but not required. Benefits
