Job Description

Leadership Opportunity in Long-Term Care - LNHA Not Required to Apply Southeast Missouri Region - We are seeking a compassionate, and results-driven Long-Term Care Administrator to lead the daily operations of a long-term care facility in the Southeast Missouri Region. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents, families, staff, and the surrounding community while working with a supportive ownership and management team. We are seeking a leader who is passionate about quality care, employee engagement, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. For the right candidate, we are willing to invest in training, professional development and licensure - no LNHA required upon hire. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including clinical, financial, human resources, environmental services, dietary, activities, and admissions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities. Lead and support department managers to achieve quality, census, staffing, and customer service goals. Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, referral sources, community partners, and regulatory agencies. Monitor budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care. Participate in strategic planning and growth initiatives. Ensure survey readiness and maintain high standards of quality and compliance. Qualifications LNHA not required to apply - training and licensure provided by company for the right candidate. Candidates will need to meet Missouri requirements to sit for LNHA exam. Candidates should possess a combination of education and/or healthcare leadership experience that meets Missouri long-term care administrator eligibility requirements, including one of the following: At least 3 years of healthcare management experience with supervisory responsibility in a licensed long-term care, acute care, or inpatient mental health facility; OR An Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Gerontology, Nursing, or a related field; OR A combination of qualifying education and experience in a licensed long-term care, acute care, or inpatient mental health setting. Administrator licensure is preferred but not required. For the right candidate, the company is willing to assist with and pay for Missouri Administrator licensure.
