Job Description? The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Business Supervisor II to support operations across four OB
  • GYN clinic locations in the Plaza and Lee's Summit areas. This is a unique opportunity to lead administrative functions within a large, dynamic women's health program that supports approximately 60 physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), residents, and medical students. Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM
  • 4:30 PM No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight for clerical staff across four busy OB
  • GYN clinics
  • Supervise front-end and administrative functions including scheduling, patient registration, and referrals
  • Lead staff through hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and development
  • Ensure productivity aligns with departmental goals
  • Delegate tasks effectively and utilize appropriate resources
  • Foster a collaborative and service-focused team environment Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a medical office or ambulatory setting
  • Associate's degree required (3-5 years of relevant experience may be substituted)
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
