No weekends, no holidays, no call! Welcome to Total Joint Center of the Northland! Clinical Director at Total Joint Center of the Northland As a Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facility. Your leadership will drive the successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties. You will collaborate closely with our team of dedicated healthcare professionals to maintain our reputation as a state-of-the-art surgical center. Qualifications:

Current RN license ASC or Hospital experience required RN Circulating experience required Proven experience as clinical director or other managerial position Experience in clinical supervision and program management Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation procedures Excellent knowledge of standards (e.g. ISO) and regulations for the clinical field Proficient in MS Office and computer systems (e.g. patient management software)
