Job Description

Position Overview GC Asset Management is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dynamic Regional Director of Clinical Services (RN) to lead our nursing management team and drive excellence in patient care. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality nursing services, regulatory compliance, and a supportive, efficient clinical environment. The position requires frequent travel. What You'll Do Lead and supervise the nursing management team, providing guidance and support in clinical operations Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered nursing care Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Oversee medical record accuracy, completeness, and compliance Serve as a clinical resource and support system for patient care issues Assist in policy development, implementation, and monitoring Collaborate with leadership on quality improvement and service development Support admissions and discharge appropriateness Partner with the Business Office to monitor pharmacy, DME, and supply costs Assist in marketing and community outreach efforts, including relationship-building with physicians and facility leadership Provide leadership support in hiring, coaching, and performance management Our Expectations Demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and respect in all interactions Uphold patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Promote a team-oriented, interdisciplinary approach to care Support the mission and values of Pathways Hospice Maintain a solution-oriented mindset and proactively address challenges Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri required Minimum 2 years of management/supervisory experience preferred Strong understanding of CMS and state guidelines Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work independently with flexibility in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Windows systems Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Ability to meet all pre-employment and health screening requirements
