Clinic Manager

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a friendly, outgoing, energetic, and results-driven Clinic Manager / Wellness Coordinator to lead our O'Fallon (MO) clinic team. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to customer service, sales performance, team leadership, and operational excellence. Some evening and weekend availability, including Saturdays and occasional Sundays, may be required. Our Core Values Trust Integrity Excellence Respect Accountability Position Overview The Clinic Manager/Wellness Coordinator serves as the face of the clinic and plays a critical role in patient experience, membership sales, team leadership, and day-to-day operations. This individual is responsible for creating an exceptional patient experience while helping the clinic achieve its growth and performance goals.
