This role will be responsible for managing employees of the call center, providing directions on day-to-day operations such as scheduling and pre-registration activities, implementing process improvement procedures that ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met and actions of the team support the operational goals of the department as established by leadership. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 years of related experience. Competitive pay is offered .
