Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Staffing Coordinator/CMT/Medical Records/Central Supply professional to join our team at St. Joseph Manor Health & Rehabilitation. This multifaceted role combines Scheduling staff for shifts, medical records management, and central supply coordination to ensure seamless operations across departments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to support staffing needs, maintain accurate medical documentation, and oversee supply logistics. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where efficiency and precision are paramount. Duties Coordinate staffing schedules and assignments to ensure adequate coverage for all departments, maintaining optimal patient care delivery Provide or assist with all ADL care to residents as directed as a CNA or CMT Provide and assist with all Medication pass as scheduled by the physician. Manage and update electronic health record (EHR) systems with accurate patient information, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and data integrity Organize, file, and retrieve medical records efficiently, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to legal standards Oversee the inventory, ordering, and distribution of central supplies to support clinical and administrative teams Assist with medical terminology clarification and documentation processes to facilitate clear communication among staff Support the medical team by preparing necessary documentation for audits, reports, and patient care coordination Maintain meticulous records of all activities related to staffing, medical documentation, and supply management to ensure accountability Requirements Certified Medication Aide licensure required. L1MA does not meet requirement Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare environment is highly preferred Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical records management Strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation standards Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of medical office procedures, supply chain processes, and confidentiality protocols Ability to communicate clearly with healthcare professionals, staff, patients, and vendors.
