Area Hospice Director Description Our client is a multi-site Hospice organization serving the IL and MO region in need of an Area Hospice Director for the Eastern St. Louis, MO / SW IL area . Medicare Hospice leadership experience as a registered nurse is required. This person will oversee day-to-day operations, budget, clinical performance, and contribute to census growth. Relocation candidates welcome to apply! Area Hospice Director Requirements Hospice leadership experience. Excellent understanding of Medicare regulations and COP's. Registered Nurse required, BSN preferred. Area Hospice Director Job Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day area operations & clinical performance. Oversight of directly reporting clinical managers. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. Work with business development team to grow census.
