This leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing events and facility operations, and driving financial performance, while fostering a positive and accountable team culture. The ideal candidate is both hospitality-focused and operationally sharp, someone who thrives on the floor while also understanding the bigger picture of business performance. Key Responsibilities Operations & Guest Experience Lead all front-of-house and bar operations to ensure efficient, friendly, and high-quality service Maintain and enforce service standards, policies, and procedures at a superior level Actively engage with guests, resolve issues, and promote a culture of exceptional hospitality Monitor overall guest experience and proactively address concerns before escalation Oversee cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the entire facility Event Coordination & Booking Oversee event planning, booking, and execution from inquiry to post-event follow-up Develop and maintain event packages, pricing structures, and sales materials Create detailed event orders (BEOs) and ensure seamless communication across all departments Partner with marketing to promote events, increase bookings, and drive traffic during off-peak times Maintain an events calendar and ensure proper staffing and operational readiness for all functions Identify opportunities to grow private events, corporate bookings, and community partnerships Team Leadership & Development Hire, train, schedule, and develop staff across all departments Lead pre-shift meetings and ongoing training programs Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, feedback, and disciplinary action when necessary Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that maximizes morale and productivity Ensure proper staffing levels based on business needs and labor forecasts Financial & Administrative Management Oversee daily sales reporting, cash handling, and POS system operations Monitor revenue, expenses, and labor to align with budget goals Maintain a strong understanding of the P&L and conduct regular performance reviews with ownership Implement strategies to increase revenue and control costs, particularly during slower periods Manage payroll, tip distribution, and administrative reporting Facility & Compliance Oversight Ensure full compliance with health, safety, labor laws, and licensing requirements Manage maintenance issues, vendor relationships, and facility upkeep Oversee renovations, FF&E planning, and capital improvements Maintain vendor agreements, insurance documentation, and operational contracts Ensure the property is always clean, stocked, and operating efficiently Strategic Planning & Partnerships Collaborate with marketing and PR teams on events, programming, and partnerships Develop initiatives to improve overall performance, guest experience, and brand presence Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders Qualifications High school diploma required; some college preferred 3+ years of management experience in hospitality, bar, or restaurant operations Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, including cost controls Proven leadership and team development experience Solid understanding of financial reporting and budgeting (P&L management) Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Proficiency with POS systems and basic business software Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Compensation & Benefits $90,000 annual salary Performance-based bonus structure tied to revenue Opportunity to lead and shape a dynamic, growing operation Additional Requirements Must be 21+ Must maintain all required licenses and certifications (ServSafe, etc.) Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
