What You'll Do:
Welcome Patients:
Be the friendly face that greets patients and makes them feel comfortable and valued.
Appointment Coordination:
Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for both patients and providers.
Patient Support:
Assist patients over the phone or through patient-portal, answer questions, and provide information about our services.
Manage Communications:
Handle a high volume of incoming calls, messages and inquiries with professionalism and care.
Administrative Duties:
Keep our front desk organized, manage patient records, and support our team with various administrative tasks.
Job Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods (Typically 6-8 hours per day). Ability to work at a computer, including typing and using a mouse, for prolonged periods. Ability to lift or move up to 20 lbs, such as office supplies, small packages, or files. Ability to perform repetitive hand movements for typing and document handling. Ability to tolerate long periods of screen time.
