Your expertise in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis will empower you to develop tailored intervention plans that promote positive behavioral changes. You will collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure the highest quality of care and support for your clients. What you'll do Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Conduct regular data collection and analysis to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary. Provide direct behavioral therapy to children and adults with developmental disabilities, ensuring a compassionate approach to patient care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education professionals, to support clients' educational and social development. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including medical records and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Lead intake assessments for new clients, gathering essential information to inform treatment strategies. Educate families and caregivers on behavioral techniques and strategies to reinforce positive behaviors at home. Stay current with advancements in behavioral health practices and contribute to ongoing professional development. Basic qualifications Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required. Proven experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Preferred qualifications Strong background in special education or related fields. Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
