Communication Standards You MUST:
Speak fluent, clear American English Write professionally using proper grammar and spelling Be comfortable answering phones throughout the day Communicate professionally with patients, providers, pharmacies, and insurance companies Understand and explain detailed medical and aesthetic information clearly and confidently Be certified and highly proficient with phlebotomy Be extremely proficient with using multiple forms of AI and being able to review and correct AI responses as necessary. Experience with multiple versions of AI is preferable (Not just ChatGPT or Gemini) MS Excel (Extremely Proficient) not just data entry MS Word (Extremely Proficient) understanding how to format documents, change fonts, colors, insert objects, videos, pictures, format columns, and other advanced functions MS PowerPoint (Proficient) Be able to learn and master EHR systems. Practice Fusion experience is a bonus. Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
