We are a distinguished gastroenterology clinic and endoscopy center committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Role Overview:
We are excited to announce an opening for a full-time Clinical Supervisor. This successful candidate must possess strong leadership skills. Must have 5 years medical assistant experience with 1 year supervisor/leadership experience or LPN with 1 year supervisor/leadership experience. Fluent with multi-tasking to oversee clinic operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for our patients. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in supervising the clinic and its staff to ensure a structured flow of patients. Must work well with the provider by performing their duties and responsibilities. Duties and Responsibilities. 1. Trains new clinical staff. 2. Sets patients up for various treatment. 3. Helps maintain good clinical flow. 4. Delegates tasks to clinical staff. 5. Ensure the EMR inboxes are clear. 6. Returns patient's phone calls and/or portal. 7. Makes schedule for clinical staff. 8. Troubleshoots patient issues and resolves them. 9. Orders clinical supplies. 10. Acts as liaison between clinical staff and providers. 11. Completes necessary papers for patients.
