Little Legends Therapy believes in creating an environment where children can feel safe and build the skills they need to be successful in their daily occupations. We believe in a "bottom-up" approach, addressing the foundational components, filling in the holes to facilitate motivation, participation, confidence, and success in daily occupations. We provide services to children ages 0-21 with a wide variety of diagnosis inclusive of, but not limited to, ADHD, Dyspraxia, Anxiety, SPD, ODD, ASD, developmental delay, and social skills differences. We are on the go and enjoy making therapy fun for everyone!
Title:
Patient Services Manager Purpose:
provide assistance to current and future clients as well as oversee administrative tasks and procedures to ensure the organization runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Handle referrals (call, text, enter information, check fax, file) Update waiting list PRN Schedule appointments Script management/monitoring Monitor office phone Greet clients Manage schedule Call to take clients off schedule Call if running late Appointment reminders Manage client accounts (past due balance reminders, etc.) Office prep Monitor and order office supplies Monitor items in waiting room Supervise kids in waiting room if kids if parents are running late Provide general support to current and prospective clients in-person and/or via electronic communication. Light cleaning duties Communicate with marketing team (leads, research local events, etc.) Qualifications Experience working in customer service Preferred understanding of childhood development Understanding of the special needs population Interpersonal skills Communication skills Organizational skills Problem-solving skills Time management Honesty Computer skills
Empathy Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
