The role ensures high‑quality patient care, staffing, and compliance while providing leadership and support to the team. Compensation is competitive with premium pay and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the physical therapy team to ensure high‑quality patient care and protocol compliance. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to patient needs. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and team activities in accordance with regulatory standards. Manage the scheduling and staffing of physical therapy services, optimizing resource utilization and patient access. Execute quality assurance initiatives and participate in ongoing performance improvements to enhance care delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related healthcare field State licensure as a Physical Therapist BLS certification CPR certification Minimum 3 years as a Physical Therapy Manager or Supervisor Inpatient and outpatient experience Ability to work Mon‑Fri 8a‑5p Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a team Proficiency with EMR systems Physically capable of performing required duties
