Patient Care Coordinator/Medical Assistant

The person in this role is often the first and last interaction our patients have, making them an essential part of the overall patient experience. Primary Responsibilities This position is primarily administrative and patient-facing, including: Greeting and checking in patients Answering phones, text messages, emails, and CRM communications Scheduling appointments and managing provider calendars Assisting prospective patients with questions about our services and guiding them through the new patient process Supporting patient retention through outstanding customer service and follow-up Verifying services and ensuring accurate billing and documentation Maintaining patient records within the EMR while adhering to HIPAA standards Managing multiple priorities while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor Clinical Support (Cross-Training Provided) As a small team, we value versatility and provide training opportunities for motivated individuals.
