Job Description

Local/Travel Dietary Manager for a 13‑week assignment near Glasgow, Montana. The role offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hospital staff and management to develop and implement dietary protocols aligning with healthcare standards. Supervise, train, and evaluate dietary staff to ensure compliance with safety and nutrition guidelines. Monitor food service operations to maintain high‑quality levels and patient satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of dietary procedures, inventories, and staff schedules. Coordinate with medical teams to personalize dietary plans for patients as per medical prescriptions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field. Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or equivalent certification. Food Safety Certification (ServSafe or similar). Minimum of 2 years managerial or supervisory experience in dietary or food service setting. Experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment. Proven track record of managing dietary services and staff. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work day shifts (8 am-5 pm) totaling 40 hrs per week. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
Supervisory or Food Service Management Certification (preferred). Knowledge of EMR systems (preferred).
