Job Description

Critical Access PT Manager, housing provided. This role offers a 13‑week opportunity near Livingston, Montana, with competitive compensation and exceptional benefits, and the chance to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee staff schedules to ensure optimal patient coverage across inpatient and outpatient settings. Provide leadership and guidance to therapy team members, fostering a collaborative and compliant work environment. Evaluate and improve therapy protocols to enhance patient outcomes and facility efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, staff performance, and facility activities in accordance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with facility leadership to implement policies, manage resources, and support facility goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist CPR certification Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Minimum of 3 years of experience in physical therapy management or supervision Inpatient and outpatient therapy experience Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a rural healthcare setting
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in a critical access facility
