We are growing our veteran program and hiring a Veteran Program Director to run it. What you will do Run the day-to-day operations of our veteran program. Oversee staffing, scheduling, and program logistics. Make sure the program runs to our standards and to all licensure requirements. Coordinate with the admissions and clinical teams. Clinical decisions remain with licensed clinical staff. Track program performance and keep operations on plan. Support intake coordination and partner relationships. What we are looking for
Required:
3+ years of program operations or management experience, with a record of leading a team. Strong organization and follow-through. Ability to work in person in Asheville. Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred:
Veteran or military service background. Strongly preferred for this veteran-focused role. Behavioral health or substance use operations experience. An operations-minded clinical background is a plus, but clinical licensure is not required. Compensation and schedule $80,000 to $140,000 per year, based on experience. Full-time, in person at our Asheville location.
