Position Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice working 20-30 hours/week. You'll play an essential role in ensuring our patients feel cared for from their first call to their last visit.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and kind manner Guide patients through intake paperwork and forms Process payments and assist with patient reimbursement Keep patient records organized and up to date Coordinate daily operations with our clinical team for smooth patient flow Assist in turning over treatment rooms between sessions, restocking supplies, and ensuring each space is prepared and welcoming for the next patient Maintain a clean and stocked front office area Provide outstanding customer service and support
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a healthcare or therapy office is preferred Familiarity with pelvic health or therapy-related terminology is a plus Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, etc.)
