Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)

Patient Care Coordinator for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Office - We are looking for an exceptional addition to our Burlington Location We are looking for a Patient Coordinator to play an important part in communicating effectively with our patients and supporting our staff. As our Patient Coordinator, you will be creating the first impression for each patient, whether in person or on the phone.

Responsibilities will include:

checking patients in scheduling appointments for multiple locations administrative tasks entering payments answering phone calls - multiple lines checking emails uploading forms, end of day consolidation communicating with referring offices Our team members must possess strong computer skills and knowledge of dental terminology. We are willing to train for the right individual. It is essential that you possess a positive attitude, have excellent people skills and are a self-starter with a strong work ethic. This is a fast paced office and you need to be able to multitask. We have wonderful employees, who work together as a team, and can offer a fun work environment
