Our teams work collaboratively across clinical and operational functions to ensure patients experience compassionate, timely, and high-quality access to services. The admissions team plays a vital role in this mission. As the first point of contact for many individuals seeking care, New Patient Care Coordinators help set the tone for trust, clarity, and support — guiding patients and families through the early stages of treatment with the same intentionality a great sales professional brings to every client relationship. Our goal for you is simple: to create a role where your relationship-building skills, follow-through, and ability to connect with people translate directly into meaningful outcomes.
We support this through:
Clear workflows, expectations, and performance metrics Training and mentorship within a collaborative admissions team Technology that supports pipeline management, efficiency, and organization A mission that gives your work real purpose Why Join Advaita Health? Direct impact on patient access and continuity of care 401(k) with employer match Paid Time Off Flexible health, dental, and vision coverage; HSA/FSA options Free life insurance up to $10,000; short- and long-term disability coverage offered Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with mental health and financial resources What We're Looking For We're seeking a New Patient Care Coordinator who is a confident communicator, relationship builder, and natural closer — someone who understands that timely follow-up, active listening, and clear communication are what move people from inquiry to action. You don't need a background in healthcare. If you've worked in sales, business development, account management, or client services and you're looking for a role where your skills create real human impact, this is it. We'll teach you the clinical context — you bring the drive, the follow-through, and the people skills. The ideal candidate is energized by connecting with people, thrives in a high-volume environment, and understands that consistency, responsiveness, and trust are what turn a conversation into a commitment. Responsibilities Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective patients, families, and referral sources via phone, email, and text Respond promptly to inquiries and manage a pipeline of leads with urgency and care Conduct intake screenings and gather demographic, clinical, and psychosocial information to determine appropriate next steps Educate prospective patients and families on programs, services, pricing, and treatment options with clarity and confidence Coordinate and schedule assessments, evaluations, and admissions in collaboration with clinical and medical teams Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective patients and referral sources to support engagement and reduce drop-off Accurately document inquiries, communications, and lead status in CRM and Electronic Health Record systems Support the collection of intake documentation, consents, and insurance information prior to admission Identify barriers to care and work internally to help remove them Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, confidentiality standards, and organizational policies Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, client services, or a related field — healthcare experience is a plus but not required Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with consistent follow-up and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to navigate sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Proficiency with CRM tools and technology platforms; experience with Microsoft Office required Bachelor's degree preferred in business, communications, marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience considered Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB testing Ready to Join Us? If you're looking for a role where you're able to connect with people, manage relationships, and follow through with care that directly changes someone's life — we'd love to hear from you. Join a team committed to delivering thoughtful, integrated care while supporting both patient outcomes and team wellbeing.
