Urology Specialists of the Carolinas is seeking an experienced healthcare operations leader to oversee our centralized Phone Operations, Authorization Services, Credentialing, and Pre-Registration teams. This newly created leadership position offers an exciting opportunity to shape operational excellence across one of the region's premier specialty physician practices. What You'll Do Lead multiple centralized healthcare support departments Improve patient access and operational workflows Develop staff and build high-performing teams Drive service quality and operational efficiency Partner with providers and clinic leaders Monitor productivity and performance metrics Implement process improvements that positively impact patient experience and revenue cycle performance
Requirements:
Qualifications 5+ years healthcare operations experience 3+ years experience in patient access, authorizations, credentialing, or revenue cycle operations Leadership experience managing healthcare teams Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with EMR systems and healthcare reporting tools Why Join Us?
