Position Summary The Clinical Lead supports daily clinic operations while providing hands-on patient care. This role serves as the primary resource for clinical staff, ensuring efficient workflows, strong team performance, and high-quality, compliant patient care. Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Act as the primary point of contact for clinical staff Lead daily huddles and manage patient flow and priorities Provide coaching, feedback, and staff training Assign tasks and oversee clinical workflows Coordinate staffing needs with the Regional Clinical Manager Escalate operational or personnel concerns as needed Cross-cover clinical roles as necessary Clinical & Compliance Perform patient intake, vitals, and clinical support tasks Assist providers during exams and procedures Administer medications and perform basic lab functions, including phlebotomy Provide wound care and other in-clinic treatments Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Triage patient calls and messages Ensure OSHA compliance and manage clinical supplies Patient Experience Deliver professional, patient-centered care Communicate effectively with patients and team members Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality Support a collaborative, positive clinic environment
Requirements:
Qualifications Education & Certification High school diploma or GED required Accredited Medical Assistant program completion Current CMA certification or active RN/LPN license SPICE certification (or ability to obtain) Experience & Skills Clinical or medical office experience preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures Familiarity with EMR systems, HIPAA, and OSHA standards Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills Team-oriented with a patient-focused approach Physical Requirements Prolonged standing/sitting; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs Exposure to clinical environments and infectious materials Why Join Us?
