Job Description

Experience:
Director Salary:
$150,000 - $200,000 per year Job Details - We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Director of Clinical Operations to join our team. This position is a critical leadership role responsible for managing and coordinating the overall clinical operations within our healthcare organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, physician alignment, regulatory compliance, and staff mentorship. They will also have experience in supervising staff and using Electronic Health Records (EHR).
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of clinical activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. 2. Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and clinical services. 3. Collaborate with physicians to improve patient care and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. 4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards. 5. Lead and mentor clinical staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. 6. Manage the implementation and use of EHR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. 7. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement. 8. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. 9. Participate in budget development and monitor financial performance of the clinical operations. 10. Lead and participate in continuous quality improvement activities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within healthcare operations. 3. Demonstrated experience in physician alignment and staff mentorship. 4. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in healthcare. 5. Proven experience in supervising staff and managing clinical operations. 6. Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. 7. Excellent leadership and team management skills. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 10. Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives. 11. Strong financial and business acumen. 12. Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
