The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) is the vital link connecting our patients, the referral network, and our practice. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing patients to our practice, nurturing ongoing relationships with patients and their families, scheduling consultations, and orchestrating interdisciplinary care. We are seeking candidates with a vibrant personality, and dedication to delivering exceptional patient care. We are looking for candidates who will foster meaningful connections with our patients and forge strong partnerships with referring offices. Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent listener
- Empathy for the needs of others
- Professional presence
- An enthusiasm for helping people
- Self-confidence
- Superior organizational skills
- Dedication- Proven experience in a healthcare or dental front office role (Oral Surgery experience preferred).
- Knowledge of insurance billing, HIPAA compliance, and patient scheduling software.
- Strong communication skills, with a patient-centered approach and a commitment to exceptional service.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
